Let me share a little narrative with you… A couple of weeks ago, a good friend of mine, John, called me up with excitement buzzing in his voice. “Hey, Ritika, there’s this company going public, and I think it’s going to be huge! It’s their IPO tomorrow – should I invest?” I paused for a moment, reflecting on my own experience with IPOs.  So what exactly is an IPO?
